Dr. Ravi Kant Dubey is the Chairman - Bhojpuri Academy , ministry of H R D ,Govt. of Bihar India . He is also Associate professor and Head of the Post-Graduate Department of Political Science M.V. College, Buxar (Bihar) V.K.S. University, Arrah. Dr. Dubey is M.A first class in Political Science as well as in Public Administration. He completed his PhD. in "International Relations" from Patna University, Patna (Bihar).  

Dr. Dubey has several books in his credit including "Indo-Sri Lankan Relations", "Civil Liberty under Indian Constitution", "Modern Public Administration" (in Hindi) "Indian Administration", “Vaiswaik Arthik Mandi (Hindi)”, “Bhartiya Videsh Niti Ke Naye Ayam (Hindi)” "The Hero Of Changing World ; BARACK OBAMA " , Encyclopaedic biography of world greate political thinkers (in Three Volumes )and  many more from the reputed publishers of India. One of his famous books was released by The Honorable President of India Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma and another was released and appreciated by The Honorable Governor of Bihar Dr. A.R.Kidwai. He was awarded by several social and educational institutions for his academic contribution to the society including "Shikchha Padak Puraskar" by Dr. Rajendra Prasad Sahitya Anweshan Parishad.

Dr. Dubey is also associated with several leading academic institutions like Indian Institute of Public Administration (I.I.P.A.), New Delhi, Indian council of world affairs (I.C.W.A.), New Delhi and many more. He has presented his Research papers in several national and International Seminars and Conferences which are appreciated and published by the reputed Research Journals of India and abroad.
